How to create a new case from the expereoOne portal?

Step 1
Navigate to www.expereo.one and click on “Support" |
Step 2
Click on the create case button and follow the instructions on the screen |
Step 3
Select the type of Case you would like to create
- Incident for service interruptions
- Non-Incident for any other technical questions.
Step 4
Search for the service you would like to create the case for. If you can't find the service try typing the service ID or the site name. If there is an open case already for this service, you will informed about this. |
Step 5
Fill in the details of the case and Create the case. Depending on the case type and subject, there might be additional questions you will need to fill in. You can also type in your Customer Case Reference |
