How to View or Send Updates on a Case?

Follow these steps to view a specific case and send a message in expereoOne portal:
Step 1: Go to Support
From the homepage, navigate to Support > Cases.
Step 2: Find the Case
Search for the case you want to view or update using any of the following:
- Case ID
- Customer Case Reference
- Case Type
- Site Name or Site ID
- Service Name, Service ID, or Service Reference

Step 3: View Case Details
Click on the relevant Case Card.
You’ll see:
- Full case details
- Case history and communication
- Any attachments shared

Step 4: Send an Update
- Type your message in the text box
- Attach any relevant files (optional)
- Click Send
The Expereo Support Team will review your update and respond accordingly.
