How to View or Send Updates on a Case?

Follow these steps to view a specific case and send a message in expereoOne portal:

Step 1: Go to Support

From the homepage, navigate to Support > Cases.


Step 2: Find the Case

Search for the case you want to view or update using any of the following:

  • Case ID
  • Customer Case Reference
  • Case Type
  • Site Name or Site ID
  • Service Name, Service ID, or Service Reference

Step 3: View Case Details

Click on the relevant Case Card.
You’ll see:

  • Full case details
  • Case history and communication
  • Any attachments shared

Step 4: Send an Update

  • Type your message in the text box
  • Attach any relevant files (optional)
  • Click Send

The Expereo Support Team will review your update and respond accordingly.
