In Progress
The case is currently being worked on by our support team. -
Pending Your Reply
A response from you is needed to proceed with the case resolution. -
Solved
The issue has been resolved.- For Priority 1 cases, we will monitor the service for 24 hours.
- For Priority 2 cases, monitoring continues for 72 hours
—to ensure full restoration and stability.

Closed
The case is closed once the issue has not reoccurred and no further actions are required.
Note
The term "Open Cases" refers to cases with the following statuses:
- In Progress
- Pending Your Reply
- Solved
