Open Cases
- In Progress: your case is being worked on currently
- Pending reply: requires your response to continue with the case resolution
- Solved: the issue is resolved; our support team will continue to monitor the service closely for 24 hours for Priority 1 cases and 72 hours for Priority 2 cases to ensure complete restoration and stability
- Closed: if the issue does not reappear and there are no further issues, the case will be closed
