What do the various case statuses mean?

Case Statuses

  • In Progress
    The case is currently being worked on by our support team.
  • Pending Your Reply
    A response from you is needed to proceed with the case resolution.
  • Solved
    The issue has been resolved.
    • For Priority 1 cases, we will monitor the service for 24 hours.
    • For Priority 2 cases, monitoring continues for 72 hours
      —to ensure full restoration and stability.
  • Closed
    The case is closed once the issue has not reoccurred and no further actions are required.

Note

The term "Open Cases" refers to cases with the following statuses:

  • In Progress
  • Pending Your Reply
  • Solved
