We’re introducing this capability to make the support process more transparent, consistent, and efficient. Instead of relying on separate email threads or status updates, you’ll have a clear, real-time view of progress directly in expereoOne. Email creation will continue during the initial phase but we will be removing the ability to email our support desk directly after providing you with notice. This helps ensure everyone involved, both your teams and ours, stays aligned.
