The introduction of digital case management will bring several enhancements to the expereoOne support experience:

  1. A fully digital process: Case creation and management will now take place entirely within expereoOne, from the moment a case is opened until it’s resolved. This gives you a single, streamlined space to manage all your support interactions.
  2. A refreshed, more intuitive interface: Each case will display a clear, comprehensive overview of communication history, timelines, contacts, files, and key details. The new design makes it easy to see your case’s status and understand the next steps at a glance.
  3. Smarter notification preferences: When you create a case in expereoOne, you’ll receive notifications directly through the platform rather than individual emails for each update. Push notifications will alert you whenever there’s new activity, helping reduce inbox clutter. You can manage your preferences at any time in the new notification center, choosing whether to only receive browser push alerts, enabling email updates, or both.
  4. Flexible visibility and collaboration: The new “Watchers” feature lets you decide who can follow case updates throughout the resolution process. Watchers automatically receive all updates related to the case and can include both expereoOne users and external contacts.
