How can I view the billing details in the portal?

The Billing module presents invoices shared with your organization by Expereo’s finance team. Succeeding this, Expereo will continue to share invoices with the customers financial team via email.
In order to be able to view and manage billing details in the portal, you must first ensure you have the correct role in expereoOne. Then follow the steps below:
Navigate to Billing and there you should be able to view all of your invoices
To download an invoice click on the Get Invoice button and select either the summary of the invoice in PDF format or the detailed invoice line items in CSV format.
- The PDF contains an overview of the costs
- The CSV file contains the itemized bill of your invoice.
