We know that managing your services efficiently is key to keeping things running smoothly. If you ever need to deactivate a live service in expereoOne, we’ve made the process clear and straightforward. Here's a step-by-step look at how it works:
1. Navigate to Service Management
Start by heading to the “Service” section, then click on “Service Management”. Make sure you’re on the “All Services” tab to view your full list.
2. Find the service
Search for the service you’d like to deactivate using either the SVC ID or the site name to locate it quickly.
3. Select and request deactivation
Once you’ve found the right service, select it and click on “Request Deactivation”. You’ll be prompted to fill in some details—please take a moment to verify the Local Point of Contact and update it if needed.
4. Review process
Some requests may need an extra review. In such cases, your Account Manager might reach out to better understand the reason behind the request.
5. Track your request
You can always keep tabs on your deactivation requests in the “Deactivation Requests” tab, where you’ll see status updates and next steps.
6. Confirm or withdraw
When the review is complete, you’ll receive an email letting you know the service is now “Pending Confirmation.” You can either confirm the deactivation—which is a legally binding and irreversible action—or choose to withdraw your request if plans have changed.
7. Access permissions
If you find that you’re unable to confirm a request, it might be due to missing access rights. In that case
8. Final steps
Once confirmed, any applicable deactivation fees will be based on your contract terms. The billing end date will be added to your Deactivation Requests page within 5 business days of confirmation, and we will proceed to deactivate the service with our suppliers. We may be in touch with you and the local point of contact to coordinate equipment return.
We’re here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions during the process, don’t hesitate to reach out.
