What happens if the limit of the Data Pool or Data Bundle is exceeded?
0 people liked this article
After the Data Pool or Data Bundle are depleted the service will always continue (to ensure business continuity) and Expereo will charge per GB. Costs vary based on country and pool.
To give full insight in the utilization rates of a Data Pool or Data Bundle and make sure customers are able to control their costs, Expereo will send out usage notifications by e-mail at three pre-determined usage thresholds:
- When exceeding 50% of the Data Pool or Data Bundle usage
- When exceeding 80% of the Data Pool or Data Bundle usage
-
When exceeding 100% of the Data Pool or Data Bundle usage.
Note: this is also the moment when Usage Based Rating (UBR) will apply and Expereo will start to charge per GB.
